Hiring the right wedding photographer is more than ensuring you get photos from your big day.

Realizing you will spend more time with your photographer(s) than anyone else (particularly the day of your wedding), you need someone who is committed to you from beginning to end. Someone you can trust, that is experienced, skilled, creative, and who cares as much as you do about your special day.

You will want someone who can offer their experience in assisting with the creation of your dream photo list and wedding day timeline; someone who will walk alongside you the day of your wedding offering direction as needed; and someone to guide you as you design your ‘treasury of memories’ album after the dust has settled.

Our Process - the Five C's...

01. Connect

I will meet in-person or via a Video or Facetime call. We will talk about your vision, your values for your wedding, your budget and our pricing. Our goal is to ensure we are the best fit for your big day!

02. Contract

After our connect, we will send a pricing guide to you via email and hold your date for three days. Once you have decided to proceed, we will send over a contract and invoice for the retainer in order to secure the date. At this point, we can schedule an engagement session or any pre-wedding sessions you have in your Collection.

03. Create

We will have one to two meetings (in person or via phone) before your wedding day to discuss your photography wishlist and to create a timeline for pictures to ensure your wedding day flows smoothly. Of course, if you need additional assistance at any time, please never hesitate to ask.

04. Capture

You can expect us to arrive minimally thirty minutes before we're scheduled to begin shooting. We will check-in, walk the venue, and prepare to capture everything on your predetermined portrait list as well as document the day as it naturally unfolds.

05. Celebrate

Expect to receive sneak peeks within 4 weeks of your wedding day. Your full gallery will arrive within 8-12 weeks via a custom online gallery where you may view, share, download, and order custom prints. Proofs and album creation begin 4-8 weeks after your gallery arrives. Prints and albums will be delivered 8-12 weeks after selections and designs are complete.

Our Photography Collections

Each Icon Imagine Collection includes two (and sometimes three) experienced photographers; up to full day wedding day coverage; proofs, fine-art prints, and an album(s) to commemorate your day. While each Collection is customizable, my most popular four Collections are below.

This Collection is designed for elopements and intimate weddings, starting at $2,000.

The Signature Collection

This Collection ensures we capture all of the highlights of your big day, starting at $3,500

The Premium Collection

This Collection documents your complete wedding day story, starting at $5,000

This Collection is specially curated for occasions when extravagance is a must, starting at $6,500.
