As a full-service wedding planner, it is important to know that I plan, design, and coordinate so much more than the actual wedding day. Think transportation, hotel accommodations, local guides, spa days, golf outings, wine tastings, welcome receptions, and intimate dinners to name a few.

A destination wedding is more than just a wedding in a different location. It is a fairytale affair, an immersion into a local culture, and a beautiful culmination of details and experiences that play together to create the perfect wedding event.
Depending on where your destination wedding is taking place (in the States or abroad), this role holds some pretty diverse responsibilities. Time zone considerations, unique cultures, (sometimes language barriers)... to organizing details, vendors, and all of our creative ideas.
It’s a mosaic of colorful pieces coming together to create a beautiful masterpiece…your wedding experience. The ability to bring all of these pieces together seamlessly, at the location of your choice, is what I as your destination planner am tasked with accomplishing!

The moment you select your date, the wedding planning begins. My role as your consultant and coordinator will be to offer advice and feedback that will ensure all of the creative and logistical pieces come together without a hitch.
Beyond answering all of your questions, I will offer personal guidance on etiquette, budget, wedding style, and timeline creation; assistance with securing your venue and vendors including contract negotiation; recommendations and research on all the little extras that will make your wedding day uniquely yours; the coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
My goal is to ensure every special moment of your journey, and your wedding day, is relaxed AND celebrated in splendor!

Our Process - the Five C's...
01. Connect
Since I typically only do Wedding Planning for our Photography couples, we probably have already spoken! But this ‘connect’ will be about your wedding day dreams! We will talk about your vision, your values for your wedding, your budget, and my pricing.
02. Contract
After we’ve chatted, I will send a pricing guide to you via email. Once you decide to proceed, I will send over a contract and invoice for the retainer in order to secure my services. At this point, we can schedule our first dreaming session!
03. Create
From day one, I will be with you to guide you through every step of planning your perfect wedding experience — from the theme, wedding dress, wedding party attire, invitations, timelines, budgets, venue, photography, florist, dj, menu, guest gifts, guest lists….and all those special extras that will make your day uniquely yours.
04. Capture
During the months leading to your big day, I will research every option discussed during our planning meetings and offer direction on how to make those dreams a reality! If I’m your full-service planner, I will be managing every last detail that will make your wedding experience magical!
05. Celebrate
You can expect me, and my team, to come alongside you in the days leading to your wedding, the day of your wedding, til the day-after brunch. We will cross the finish line together…. celebrating EVERY moment along the way!
